Supported Living Services

James Yoon and RobAlpha currently serves 152 clients in supported living and group home settings in 52 homes located in King County and South Snohomish County. Since the beginning, Alpha’s primary mission is inclusion of our clients in the community. The supported living model gives clients power and choice over their own lives.

Our clients pay for their own rent and other living expenses on an average annual income of $9,095. Alpha provides vital staff support that allows clients to thrive in a supported living model where 2-4 housemates live in a family-like environment, and some people live singly due to their service needs, within community neighborhoods.

Clients receive behavioral support, social and mental health support, and health services including planning and support for proper nutrition and regular exercise. Our staff provides comprehensive health services with over 1,000 health appointments annually and 98% of our clients receiving daily medications. Clients are supported to be as independent as possible with their finances and receive assistance from financial services staff. Over 20% of Alpha’s clients are actively employed in a wide range of industries, and even more volunteer for different community organizations. All services provided are guided by person-centered goal setting involving the client, their guardian, family, and staff.
