Each year, the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals, the Institute on Community Integration, and ANCOR recognize organizations using leading practices in direct support workforce development that result in improved outcomes for people with disabilities. We are extremely honored that Alpha Supported Living Services has received the 2023 Moving Mountains Award!!
This is national recognition of our efforts over the last several years to increase compensation for Direct Support Professionals through our statewide advocacy, improve our recruitment efforts and lower turnover at our agency, develop training materials and expand the organizational structure to better support DSP’s work and improve service quality.
