Thank you so much for everyone who attended Giving Through Song 2022 last Saturday! We are so grateful for the generosity from the guests that attended our first in-person event since 2019. Thank you to the sponsors, board members, staff and volunteers that made it possible. From the heartfelt story that Alpha client – Bella and her family told of her journey to living independently – to the outpouring of support of all that attended. Thank You! So many of you got in the spirit of the Roaring Twenties and made the night even more special. Check out the fun photobooth pics here https://alphasls.ejoinme.org/photos

Alpha is excited to partner with TWG – an Indiana-based real estate developer – in their first affordable housing project in King County. They will begin construction in Shoreline of a 7-story building with 250 units called 192 Shoreline. The project is slated to begin in late 2021.
Alpha will have designated apartment units within the building for clients needing affordable housing in Shoreline, as well as a community facility space within the housing complex. The facility will allow us to reach more individuals and continue our vision of an inclusive community.

We are excited to announce that Alpha has been awarded a multi-year grant from the Kuni Foundation that will go towards renovating two of our supported living programs! More information to come.
