Inclusion Housing

Inclusion Housing, LLC is a vital program of Alpha Supported Living Services, dedicated to providing safe and accessible housing for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our program currently owns and operates 10 houses, one duplex, one triplex, and two group homes, with additional properties being acquired in the coming year to support our growing community.

Funded by the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Housing Trust Fund, we receive grants for the acquisition and renovation of homes, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of those we serve. Among our properties, two homes are specifically designed for children, offering a safe and supportive environment for our younger residents.

Our homes are located in North Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Lynnwood, Bothell, and Woodinville, with ongoing expansion into Spokane, where a newly acquired triplex is being renovated to provide housing for our clients.
