Alpha offers training for Long Term Care Workers (LTCW) to fulfill Washington State’s initial training and on-going continuing education requirements. Classes are open to staff employed by other supported living agencies.

Residential Services Curriculum (version 4.1)
Full courses include the skills lab as required by DDA.
Residential Services Training [RST] is a 40-hour training required by the state of Washington to work in long-term care. Our RST provides this training with a focus on supporting individuals receiving services from DDA. Topics include Core Values working in long-term care, DSP skills, mandated reporting, PBSPs, IISPs, nutrition, healthcare support, and much more. Participants must attend all days to receive a certificate.
Start times vary. All in-person training classes are held in Bothell.
